She then moved to New York City to pursue her graduate degree in Journalism at New York University. In 2009 She obtained her certification in natural family planning counseling through the Institute of Reproductive Health at Georgetown University. In 2010 she became a Certified Lactation Counselor and Certified Childbirth Educator. In addition to serving as the Tri-State ambassador for Birth Works International Anna is currently preparing for International Board Certification in lactation. .
